Information We Gather

If you phone us about a detach and reset or a related service, we may note your name, phone number, the address of the property, details about the solar array and the roof, the name of your roofing contractor, the status of any insurance claim and other details you decide to share.

When you visit the website, certain technical data may be recorded automatically, including the browser and device you use, the pages you open and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

How Information Is Used

We rely on this information to respond to your questions, prepare quotes, coordinate dates with your roofer, prepare any documentation you ask for and complete the work.

We may also keep records of calls and completed jobs, contact you about scheduling and use general site data to improve our services and this website.

Cookies

The website may use cookies or similar technology to understand how pages are used. Most browsers let you block cookies, although parts of the site may then behave differently.

When Information Is Shared

We never sell personal information. We share only what a job requires with parties such as your roofing contractor, an insurance adjuster when you direct us to, the leasing company for a leased system and a permitting office where a permit is needed.

Information may also be shared with vendors who support our operations, or where the law requires it or where disclosure is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Protecting Information

Reasonable measures are taken to protect what you share with us. Because no storage or transmission method is entirely secure, we cannot promise complete protection.

Your Requests

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us not to contact you again. Phone the number below to make any of these requests.
